Ken Baker, CASP, LEED AP serves as Vice President and Senior Living Specialty Leader for Rees Associates, Inc. and brings a unique perspective to the Atlanta design firm. His career blends a record of public service with a successful business background. He focuses on researching trends in senior housing and providing information that helps clients accomplish their goals. Ken’s responsibilities include strengthening the ties between REES and current clients and building relationships with potential clients. He provides leadership to increase the firm’s presence in the highly competitive senior living industry. He was instrumental in working with state officials to effect changes in Georgia’s regulations governing the issuance of Certificates of Need for Continuing Care Retirement Communities.

Bonnie is a Reverse Mortgage Specialist with First Century Bank, utilizing the Reverse
Mortgage for refinance as well as for purchase. She especially enjoys working with buyers in
active adult communities. Previously, she served as director of the EasyLiving Home program
in Georgia where she educated and assisted builders in the benefits of incorporating basic
accessible features in new home construction. She is CAPS certified and teaches a Reverse
Mortgage continuing education class for builders and Realtors. Prior to moving to Georgia, she
enjoyed being a builder in California. She is serving her second year on the Board of the 50+
Housing Council, currently as secretary treasurer.

Jim Chapman Jr., an Atlanta native, is a thirteen year homebuilding veteran who started his own custom building firm in 1998 after earning an MBA from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill in 1996. In 2005 Chapman began developing gated active adult (55 Plus) communities featuring one level all masonry ranch condominiums. He is the President of Jim Chapman Communities and serves as the CFO of his newest homebuilding venture, Stonecrest Homes. Chapman is currently serving his second term on the Board of the Atlanta 50 Plus Housing Council of the GAHBA where he holds the position of Chairman.

Anresa Davis has served as a Senior Residency Counselor at Park Springs for 11 years.
Anresa graduated from Georgia College and received her BSN from the Medical College
of Georgia. After a 25 year career as an ICU and ER nurse and having helped her
parent’s transition from home ownership to retirement community living, Anresa joined
Andy Isakson and Kevin Isakson in 2000 during the development and pre sales of Park
Springs.
